GUEST ROOM ATTENDANTS
Complete cleaning and inspecting of rooms (e.g. dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, replacing linen, -bathrooms, windows, mirrors, walls, kitchen floors, patios, woodwork, closets, cupboards, drawers, appliances, dishwashing, oven cleaning, trash disposal, etc.)
-Make beds on a daily basis.
-Checks and renders personal assistance to guests.
-Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
-Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture.
-Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
-Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
-Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
-Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
-Replenishes bathroom supplies.
-Replenish housekeeping supplies and linen closets, if applicable.
-Wear and/or utilize any and all safety equipment as directed by Management.
Requirements:

• 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferable on a time share environment
• Must pass Tier 2 AND 5 Panel Drug test
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Self-motivated .Detail oriented .Well groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to work well with a small diverse team
• Ability to adhere to full-time position attendance policies/expectations
• Interest in obtaining and remaining in full-time position with customer’s company-40 hours/week
• Willingness to participate on team site extracurricular activities(i.e. pot-lucks, team building events)
