Tetra Tech is actively seeking an Implementation Manager at its Henderson, NV location. This position reports to the Project Manager and provides guidance/direction to the Task Leaders as well as supporting all project management aspects of a $30+ million dollar per year environmental remediation project. This individual will be part of the strategic management team of a fast growing business line. The successful candidate must be able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and interact effectively across the program and throughout the company. Strong engineering, construction management, construction troubleshooting, and environmental compliance knowledge, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and good decision making are essential.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage teams of technical staff simultaneously performing multiple field programs and construction projects.
Provide field quality control reviews, trouble shooting, and identify potential conflicts or issues before they impact project performance.
Confirm individual Task Leaders are following specific plans for the identified task, including but not limited: Work Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Safety Plan, Risk Management Plan, Procurement Plan and Commination Plan.
Confirm field compliance with all required permits, associated construction documents, and approvals.
Confirm Task Leaders are managing budgets, estimates to complete, and project schedules.
Support Preparation of work scopes, project proposals and cost estimates.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager.
Minimum education and experience requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of applicable experience in the environmental remediation, construction, or compliance industry.
8+ years of experience in staff management and field operations management.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration, a plus
Nevada Certified Environmental Manager, a plus
Must be able to work out of the Henderson, NV office
