DUTIES: Heavy Data entry/administrative tasks,Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor.
Qualifications: Candidate should have 1-2 years of previous administrative experience. Applicable internships and/or schooling will be taken into consideration.Experience in the logistics field is preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Gmail and Google Calendar. The position will require extensive contact with customers over the phone. Candidate must maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, as well as a calm demeanor under pressure. A successful candidate will possess a strong initiative and be a self-motivator who thinks independently, but is also aware of when to ask questions to complete tasks efficiently. Must possess strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a fast-paced, high pressure environment willingness to learn and adopt new software.
