The staff of each community works directly with the corporate management team. We have immediate openings for skilled maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include property and appliance maintenance, as well as plumbing and electrical repairs. The successful candidate will prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy and respond promptly to resident service requests, as well as on-going preventative maintenance.
