POISED FOR GROWTH Roses Southwest Papers, Inc., has always believed in a policy of growth, with a continual increase in production capacity. In 1984 with 20,000 square feet of operational facilities, we produced only kitchen roll towels and toilet tissue. By 1997 we had expanded our facilities to over 150,000 square feet, with additional product lines for the industrial and fast food markets. Roses Southwest Papers, Inc., has purchased an additional 5 acres of adjoining land to accommodate future expansions as well. With our state of the art converting equipment, and more equipment scheduled for delivery we can offer increased production in bags, napkins, and in our tissue and towel lines. By offering a full mix of products, custom converting, and private labeling, our customers save time and money by ordering full truckloads from one source. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY Roses is a company committed to our environment. We manufacture all our products using 100% recycled materials of the highest quality, water based inks, and fiber based glues. All our products are compliant within EPA guidelines, and our paper resources are required to send us quality compliance reports with every new paper mill run. This ensures us that they have met our requirements for quality. SALIENT POINTS Our converting capabilities allow us to manufacture our products cost-effectively and on time. With customers like McDonalds, Burger King, and the General Services Administration, we have proven our reliability, our ability to deliver quality and service, and established competitive pricing. Our time-based pricing contracts allow flexibility to be responsive to market trends and consumer needs. In addition Roses is eager to work with customers on individual bid and contract pricing. Roses Southwest Papers, Inc., ships from their facilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We will ship your orders to you with only two weeks lead time, all of which will be palletized at no extra charge. Our pricing is based on full truckload quantities. Roses would be more than happy to discuss issues concerning price competitiveness provided your volume order and price mix warrant it. On this note too Roses would assure you if other suppliers are displaced as result of our relationship we will work with you. Roses can also offer our experience in manufacturing proprietary items and in private labeling. Our minimum order for a private label is 10,000 cases. We have a dispenser program which is based on a three year lease agreement. If certain levels of orders are attained the dispensers are free. Finally Roses does not provide proprietary dispensers, ours are universal.
