Since 1979, Terra West has provided Southern Nevada with superior property management services, focusing on single family homes and homeowners associations. Terra West is a founding member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc. (CAMEO). All of our managers are licensed and permitted. Single Family Managers are Nevada Real Estate Agents. They are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Nevada State Board of Realtors and Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors. All Single Family Managers have received their Property Manager Permit.
