Topdot first opened doors on January 26, 1995 as BLS funding. Quickly we emerged as one of the top mortgage companies in the nation. In 2004, BLS Funding officially entered the industry as Premium Capital Funding to signify our tremendous growth and capabilities to opereate as both a bank and a broker. As of May 1, 2006, Premium Capital Funding announced our new name as Topdot Mortgage. For over a decade we've been serving clients in a unique way-getting to know each client as an individual and then building a loan for their specific needs.
