We are currently searching for an experienced Paralegal to join our team.  Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with outside counsel as necessary. 
• General office duties such as copying, faxing and distribution of correspondence.
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, databases and other information related systems or programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested with a sense of team spirit.

 
Qualified candidates will have paralegal certificate and 5+ years of paralegal experience in a busy office setting.  Candidate will have transactional/contract experience, the ability to read, redline and extract leases, contracts and agreements, excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure and experience working with our side counsel.
