We are a very busy retail office/storefront seeking skillful multi-tasker with phenomenal attention to detail, great attitude and ability to up-sell products.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be able to rapidly learn about the office procedures and products so you are ready to answer questions quickly, efficiently and confidently in order to provide exceptional customer service • Have the ability to work well under pressure or in stressful situations • Kindly greet all customers when they arrive in a professional manner • Keep an eagle eye on the products and make sure that customers are being tended to with urgency • Handle credit card and cash transactions and keep a log in Excel of cash received throughout the day • Have good judgment and decision making ability • Be computer literate • Promptly assist the executive team with minor tasks when asked for help
*Having experience with electronic cigarettes and/or vaporizers will be a plus, please add this to your resume/cover letter if applicable.
• Candidate will be responsible for handling and troubleshooting products for replacement purposes.
During downtime, the candidate will: • Keep office/storefront clean and presentable • Read and respond to light emails relating to products and services • Occasionally assist Customer Service Department with answering phone calls regarding products and services • Keep log of packages received throughout the day and disburse to appropriate staff • Other duties as they arise
