The Company was incorporated in Arizona in March of 1983 and opened its first outlet in June of 1983 in Phoenix, Arizona. From 1985 through 1989, additional market entries were made in Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. Currently, Bargain City's 29 stores range in size from 2,500 to 18,000 square feet and offer a wide selection of top name-brand merchandise at competitive prices. There are now warehouses in Tempe, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; Las Vegas; and Denver, Colorado. The Company's corporate offices, TRS, Inc. is located in Tempe, Arizona, where its management functions and the primary warehouse resides.
