Established in l981, GTC offers turnkey contract electronic manufacturing to the aerospace, aviation, medical, communications and defense markets. GTC employs 200 professional engineers, technicians, assemblers and support staff in its Albuquerque, New Mexico, headquarters and at a regional office in St. Louis, Missouri. We also offer a nationwide network of sales representatives to call on customers and provide on-site service. Our 72,000 square foot facility features the latest in leading edge engineering, manufacturing and testing equipment. We operate two shifts to optimize facility usage, ensuring our customers cost-efficiency and on-time delivery. In addition to our fabrication and assembly services, GTC provides professional personnel to work at customer facilities or designated sites. Our manufacturing experience and large résumé database allow us to handle contracts that require a diverse range of personnel. GTC management has extensive experience in Time and Material, Cost-Plus FF, Performance-based and Level-of-Effort Contracts. Our automated accounting system and flexible benefits structure allow us to accommodate most client needs. GTC Contract Services provides a wide range of client services in addition to personnel recruiting: Flexible invoicing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Custom reports for cost and employee tracking Screening that includes educational, credit and criminal background checks Contractor training programs DOD & DOE security clearances Employee benefits that can include medical insurance, holidays, vacation and 401(k) retirement plan Field support for employees that would include electronic transfer of funds for per diem or equipment purchases. Reservations for air travel, hotel and cars. Travel audits to insure expenditures do not exceed government allowed levels.
