Our employees are a vital part of our progress toward those goals.
Our Philosophy
Unmatched hospitality is the underpinning of our success here at the Coeur D Alene Casino Resort Hotel (CCRH), along with visionary business and three guiding principles from tribal leadership that has brought our small bingo operation into a still-growing destination resort.
Innovation, Motivation and Cooperation are the three guiding principles that develop the groundwork for our Traditional Tribal Hospitality. With these principles in mind, we recognize that our greatest assets are our employees. We know that we must invest in our people to meet our goals. Our employment strategies are focused to do just that. Focusing on building skills, offering training, improving the work environment and offering competitive compensation and benefits that meet the changing needs of our work force is our ongoing priority.
While providing that unmatched hospitality is our top priority, CCRH also endeavors to provide our employees a challenging, stimulating work environment where there is opportunity to achieve personal growth.
