Job Description:

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 
You will be responsible for generating sales and developing long-term relationships with our portfolio of customers.  As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end. You should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.  Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term sales success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Identify potential customers through lead generation, research, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory(s) to ensure growth attainment
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Close sales and ensure sales goals and set time requirements are met
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Monitor sales metrics and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggest innovative ideas  and actions to improve and increase sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Establish best practices

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
